Coaching

Coaching is a tool — made up of focused conversations and powerful questions that help you think differently and deeper. We'll sharpen your goals, surface obstacles, and create momentum toward what matters most to you.

With a person-centered approach, I'll support you in working things out in a way that feels calm and comfortable, while still pushing against the challenge.

Parts Work is a gentle yet powerful technique I offer often. It's based on the idea that we're made up of different parts or inner systems. Growing our awareness of this gives us a deeper understanding of ourselves, creates choice… and feels good.

How We Work Together

We start by building rapport — getting to know each other and creating a foundation of trust. From there, we move at a pace that feels right for you.

Clarity comes through conversation. Together we'll explore what's present, what's getting in the way, and what you want to move toward — with practical tools to support you between sessions.
